Cultural Products export License

Cultural Products export activity is not business purpose of activities bringing from abroad into Vietnam via border, internet or other forms to cultural products for personal use, gift or inheritance exhibition, contest, cooperation and exchange, workshops, festivals, grants, dissemination or other purposes not commercial profits.

Ha Do Law will consult the Customers about procedures for applying for import License quickly with low costs.

The order of execution the administrative procedures:

Step 1: Organizations and citizens prepare fully records in accordance with law and file at result returning and records receiving Department of the Department of Information and Communications;

Step 2: Records receiving Department check records, making receiving procedures if records are complete and valid. If the records are not adequate and need to amend and supplement, records receiving Department guide organizations and citizens to complete.

Records include:

• The application for Cultural Product Import License with the aim of not business, specifying clearly types of cultural products, contents, quantity, origin, usage purpose and scope (in the prescribed form);
• A proposal written of the head of agency;
• In case licensing Body needs to examine the contents, organizations or individuals applying for license shall be responsible for providing cultural products to licensing Body examining;
