Forms of patent protection:

• Patent if it meets the following conditions: novelty, inventive step and industrial applicability;
• Useful-solution patent if it is not common knowledge and meets the following conditions: novelty and industrial applicability

Conditions for patent protection registration:

Organizations and individuals that meet the following conditions may register the patent:

• Author gains the patent by his own effort and costs;
• Organizations and individuals who fund or support materials to the author in the form of assignment, lease, unless the parties sign into another agreement complying with legal provisions;
• In case many organizations and individuals produce or invest to produce patent together, the organization or individual shall be entitled to register the patent and the right of the patent registration shall be made only if all institutions and individual consent;
• The invention is created by facilities - techniques and costs from state budget:

+ In case inventions are created by the entire state budget investment, facilities - techniques, patent registration rights of the State. Organizations and state agencies empowered investor right shall be responsible for performing as a state representative for patent registration right;
+ In case inventions are created by the State capital contributions (cost, facilities - techniques), a partial right of patent registration corresponds to the proportion of capital contribution of the State. Organizations and state agencies, the owner of State investment shall be responsible for performing as a state representative for patent registration right;
+ Inventions is created by the collaboration of research - development among organizations, state agencies and organizations, other individuals; if the research - development agreement otherwise specifies, a partial right of patent registration corresponding to the proportion of capital contribution of organizations, state agencies in such cooperation shall belong to the State. Organizations and state agencies in the research - development collaboration shall be responsible for performing as a state representative for patent registration right
