According to Decree No. 103/2014 / ND-CP of the Government dated 11.11.2014 prescribed minimum wage for employees working in enterprises, cooperatives, cooperative groups , farms, households, individuals, and agencies and organizations that hire employees under labor contract, the date of 01.01.2015, the minimum wage will range from 2.15 to 3, 1 million / month, up about 250000-400000 / month depending on the region.
Specifically, for firms operating in the province of Region I, which includes the districts of Gia Lam, Dong Anh, Soc Son, Thanh Tri of Hanoi; districts Thuy Nguyen, An Duong, Vinh Bao of Hai Phong city; districts of Cu Chi, Binh Chanh, Nha Be ... City, the minimum wage increased VND400,000 / month, from 2.7 million / month to 3.1 million / month. For businesses operating in the areas under zone II, III and IV, the minimum wage increased by approximately 250000-350000 / month to 2.75 million / month; 2.4 million / month and 2.15 million / month from the date of 01/01/2015.
The minimum wage is above the lowest level as a basis for business and workers and wage agreements; in which the wages paid to employees working in normal working conditions to ensure enough time to work in January and finish the job the employee or agreed to guarantee no less than the wage minimum for untrained labor jobs most simple and least 7% higher than the minimum wage for apprentices laborers.
Especially, when performing this regional minimum wage, now is not withdrawn or cut the salary regime when employees work overtime, working at night, working in heavy labor conditions toxic or allowances in kind for the trades heavy, toxic and other benefits under the provisions of the labor law.
This Decree replaces Decree No. 182/2013 / ND-CP dated 11.14.2013 and shall be effective on the date of 01/01/2015.
