The employee MUST PAY CLOSE 1 DAY / YEAR TO FUND PREVENTION AND DISASTER

  Dated 10.17.2014, the Government issued Decree No. 94/2014 / ND-CP on the establishment and management of the Fund prevention of natural disasters; Fund which provides prevention and disaster established at the provincial level, located at the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development and activities for non-profit purposes.

In this Decree, the government asked citizens to Vietnam from 18 years of age or older to the working age should be obliged to contribute to the fund prevention and disaster at the rates as follows: Officers and employees employees pay 1 days wages / person / year according to the basic salary after taxes and insurance to be paid; employees in businesses have to close one day wage / person / year according to the minimum wage; other workers to close 15,000 / year. For economic organizations independent accounting, contribution levels required for 1 year is 2 ten-thousandths of the total value of existing assets, but at least 500,000 and a maximum of 100 million.

The subjects were free to contribute to fund prevention and disaster include: Invalids and sick; father, mother, wife or husband of martyrs; students, students studying at universities, colleges, and vocational training; disabled or impaired working capacity of 21% or more; people with serious diseases; who are under or unemployed out of work since 06 months in 1 year or more; members of households are poor or near poor ...

Every year, the individual must pay before the 5/30 Fund once and economic organization independent accounting can pay a minimum 50% pre 5/30 days and pay the rest before the 30/10. Head of economic organization independent accounting; heads of agencies and organizations responsible for collecting funds and transferred to the account of agency funds account provincial or district level authorized by the provincial People's Committee.

This Decree shall take effect on the date of 12/08/2014.
